Chef Jess will be hosting classes for a limited time! The second class will be this Saturday, November 9th from 12:30-4pm at Harried and Hungry. Please anticipate this class being about 3-4 hours. This is a basic hands-on class for COMPLETE BEGINNERS. Limited availability as Chef Jess wants to give personal individualized attention to participants. Intermediate/advanced class will be held at a later time.
In this class, you will learn how to:
polish bonbon moulds
temper cocoa butter colours
paint moulded bonbons
fill your bonbons with your caramel or ganache filling
choose the decoration for your bonbons
temper dark chocolate using the seeding method
get shiny shells and bonbons
close and ummould your pieces
