UPDATE: THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT THIS YEAR. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE WE SOLD OUT. THE 2024 POP UP SERIES HAS CONCLUDED FOR THE YEAR.

After a one year hiatus and back by popular demand, we are happy to announce that Chef Jess will be at Bad Bishop Bar & Market and Watson’s Counter, this time holding nineteen dessert pop-ups throughout June and July. These will be the only pop up she will hold this year. All reservations are SOLD OUT. Please fill out the form to be placed on the waitlist.

Join us for a prix-fixe SIX course DESSERT and WINE tasting menu, for $180 per person (HOSPITALITY INCLUDED) with a small bonbon takeaway gift at the end. Tax not included. Two seatings will be offered on both dates, 5:30pm and 8:30pm. Limited seating available.

This is a surprise menu. You will not know what you will be eating until you’re seated. For an idea of what we’ve done in the past, please click here.

Beverage pairings are fixed into the menu, however, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings with the dishes. At this time, we are unable to accommodate individuals with strict dietary restrictions and allergies as this is a prix-fixe menu and it’s a one-woman operation. Thank you for your understanding. Please read FAQ below for more details.

RSVP today for hédonisme pop up

Please submit your reservation using this form here. It’s first-come, first-serve. We will contact you within 12 hours via phone/text. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS UNDER THE SAME PARTY. For example, if your party has multiple people, please have one person make the resy for your ENTIRE group. This is A ONE-WOMAN BUSINESS and making multiple resys under different names will make it difficult to contact every single individual as Chef Jess is the one personally reaching out to every individual inquiry. (thank you in advance:))

You will receive a payment link from SQUARE to hold your reservation. Tax will be included when we take your payment, and you’ll have one hour to pay your deposit. Otherwise, we will have to forfeit your reservation. Paying your deposit guarantees your reservation. See below FAQ for our refund policy.

Please notify us if any members will opt for the nonalcoholic pairing. Otherwise all party members will automatically receive a wine pairing.

We are currently selling tables/seatings of 1-6 guests. We have single tops seatings at very limited availabilities.

Reservations are updated daily.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

(Updated on June 4th. 2024)

Q: I haven’t heard back from Chef Jess yet regarding my reservation inquiry. When will she contact me?

A: Due to the overwhelming amount of reservations, and we are not using Tock, Opentable, etc, due to the high cost and fees, Chef Jess is personally contacting every single inquiry. Please be patient as she is doing her best to respond to everyone, but sometimes it will take a few hours for her to get to your inquiry. But do not worry, if you’ve submitted it, it has been received and she WILL reach out. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: Yes, up to 7 days before your reservation. Please email us at experiencehedonisme@gmail.com if you need to cancel your reservation. You will also receive a reminder email 7 days before your reservation from Chef Jess if you happen to forget. ;). If you have to cancel less than seven days prior to the reservation, we will not be able to refund your ticket. However, the tickets are transferrable.

Q: What is the difference between the omakase and supper club-style dinner?

A: You will be given a six-course tasting menu with a wine pairing for both types of dinners. The difference is in the seating arrangements. The evenings with “omakase” will have bar/counter seating along with some limited table seating. The supper club style dining will be one long “communal” table, or split into two tables depending on the venue. It is NOT family-style dining. Each person will have their own courses. However, this dining experience will be more intimate and smaller than the normal dessert-tasting menu experience. Due to requests, this is something new that we are trying out for this pop up.

Q: Will there be savory items? Should I eat beforehand?

A: Although we use savory ingredients the desserts and try to blur the line between savory and sweet, these are still desserts. For those attending the earlier seating, we suggest you have a bite of something savory in advance, though we won’t judge you if you start off your evening with wine and desserts ;).

Q: Do you accommodate those with allergies and dietary restrictions?
A: A: At the moment, since this is a prix fixe menu and it’s a one-woman show, we are not able to accommodate those with strict dietary restrictions. We hope to do so in the future! This menu contains gluten, dairy, gelatin, almonds, mushrooms, and duck derived ingredients.**. No shellfish, pork, or raw alcohol. For this particular menu, we can accommodate those who cannot have mushrooms, almonds, and duck, with a subsitution (please note, we are now able to offer a almond and duck free subsitution only starting from July). Although we maintain strict practices to avoid allergies, everything is manufactured in a facility that processes other products which (may) contain soy, alcohol, gelatin, dairy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs, and may contain traces of all of the above. If you have questions or concerns about the ingredients used for this menu, please feel free to contact us at experiencehedonisme@gmail.com and we are happy to let you know what ingredients will be used in the tasting menu.

Q: I don’t drink alcohol. Do you have non-alcoholic options?

A: For the very first time, we will have non alcoholic pairings as well. Please notify us if any members will opt for the nonalcoholic pairing. Otherwise, all party members will receive a wine pairing with their dessert tasting menu.
