Shipping:

Currently, we offer USPS Priority Mail (within the US)— 1–3 business days, FedEx 2 Day shipping, and FedEx Overnight. Tracking numbers are sent out via email once shipped.


Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/reships on our products.

CHEF JESSICAW LLC, cannot be held responsible for any damages to packages that happen during or after shipping/delivery (heat, lost package, animal damages, broken bonbons due to shipping, delays in transit caused by high package volume, local carrier miss-scans, or inaccurate shipping information, etc). We work hard to package your items to prevent damages, however, once your chocolates leave our facility, it is beyond our control.  Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as their order confirmation email.


Our chocolates are best stored at temperatures of 55-65F, in a wine cooler or a small compartment of the refrigerator. Please enjoy our products within 10 days of purchase.
