How does your ordering process work?
We sell our bonbons during four large launches per year. At the moment, it’s been available for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Fall/Autumn, and Christmas. We also sell ice creams and other confectionaries throughout the year in the form of mini launches. We tease the process on our Instagram and send out a newsletter when the bonbons/ice creams are ready to order.
For every launch, they are not immediately shipped or available for local pick up as they are currently a preorder item. All information for shipping dates and pick-up location are written and specified per launch. Those who are picking up at the designated locations/date will generally receive an email a few days before the pick up date with additional information and pick up instructions.
If it’s sold out, it’s either not available yet, or we are in between seasons. If we are in between seasons, we do not sell these bonbons assortments (excluding large corporate/special orders) due to the fact that this is currently a one-woman operation.
I ordered my bonbons but I didn’t receive an email confirmation.
Sometimes it gets delivered into spam. Sometimes the email address is written incorrectly. Just let us know via email and we can resend your confirmation order/receipt again.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, no. Sorry! We are working to see how we can safely ship them out of the country.
We currently offer shipping via USPS, Fedex 2Day, and Fedex Overnight across the 50 states.
I ordered, but I didn’t receive a tracking number.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you once we print shipping labels. But things happen, and unfortunately, sometimes Shippo doesn’t send the tracking numbers automatically as they normally do. Just give us an email and we can send that to you.

My bonbons melted and/or my package got stolen/lost. Do you issue returns, refunds, or replacements?
All sales are final. All bonbons are packed with the utmost care. Shipments are packed with insulated envelopes and ice packs. Although we track the packages to make sure they are delivered, we are not in control once they leave our facility. As this is a perishable product and a small operation, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacements at this time.
Do you do custom orders? What’s the lead time?
Yes, we do custom orders for weddings/corporate/special events! We ask for a minimum lead time of six weeks. Please email us to inquire further.
