You’ll see that from the aesthetics to the flavour combinations—these are not your average desserts. That’s because everything I do is unconventional.
hédonisme. is inspired by a culmination of my experiences and the people who have impacted me while I lived in Japan, Paris, and NYC during the last decade. All of which have taken my creations to an entirely different level.
My hope is for you to follow me on this journey while getting a glimpse of my perspective and palette as a pastry chef.
